As a Turning Point Manager, your role, is the most impactful to team members and guests.
It is imperative to ensure the culture is established, maintained, and shines through every day. You must hold vital beliefs in employee appreciation, guest service, outstanding food, superior ambiance & atmosphere, and most especially FUN!
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of daily and weekly operations, with the assistance and guidance of the Owner.
This includes planning strategies, organizing tasks and schedules, training team members, and providing leadership to inspire and motivate your team.
As a leader you will set clear expectations, and guide team members towards excellence in guest service, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
Manager Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to):
- Consistently seek out and hire “eggceptional” candidates and members who possess hospitality and a desire to take care of others.
- Maintain our Turning Point Family Culture (TP Fam!).

- Prior restaurant experience required
- Ability to coach and mentor a team
