Daily and weekly operations lie in your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager, including overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve your goals. These goals range from sales to costs to TP Buddy retention, but most importantly, guest service and satisfaction
Manager Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to) :
- Consistently seeking out and hire eggceptional candidates and members that possess hospitality and desire to take care of others.

- Prior restaurant experience preferred
