What does a Beverage Server do:
- A Beverage Server services an assigned work area by changing ashtrays, taking drink orders, serving drinks, removing empty cups, pushing in chairs and completing assigned side work.
- Always maintains work area in service bar by loading and unloading service-ware properly, cleaning up spills and keeping the counter orderly.
- Maintains complete knowledge of entire beverage and food menu including service procedure and pricing.
- Leaves assigned area in an orderly fashion when going on breaks and at end of shift.
To be successful as a Beverage Server, you'll need:
- Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous Food & Beverage server experience.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 75 lbs.
