Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular field inspections throughout all phases of construction, from planning to final certificate of occupancy.
- Conduct field investigations; and perform all required follow-up functions to gain compliance, including letters, inspections, calls, meetings, and discussions to ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances.
- Review project plans for all new buildings, alterations, additions, and demolitions.
- Enforce policies and procedures; Maintain a thorough understanding of established company and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of most up-to-date International Building Code and NFPA.
- The ability to organize and manage complex projects.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
