What does an Events Supervisor do?
- Serve as Event Lead on signature company events and programs, including but not limited to New Year’s Eve, Boxing, Anniversary Events, Galas, Marketing Partner Events, and Oneida Nation Member Events.
- Implement creative development, research, and design inspiration for unique events that distinguish our guest experiences.
- Supervise a team of Event Coordinators & Assistants, and provide guidance and support in successfully executing their event assignments.
- Coordinate scheduling pre-show arrival communications and schedule changes for Event Coordinators, Event Assistants, and Ushers.
Key attributes we are seeking as an Events Supervisor are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Planning/Management, or a related field.
- Experience working at venues of various sizes (50 – 5,000 guests), with multi-faceted, simultaneous activations with budgeting experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and coordination.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
