As the Lodge Bell Person, you'll be the first friendly face guests encounter, extending a warm and genuine welcome to The Lodge. What you will do as a Bell Person:
- Inform guests of The Lodge services offered, effectively and thoroughly communicates room features. Effectively answers any questions guests may have.
- Being consistently pleasant to guests and inquiring about the guest’s stay.
- Addresses guest by name during closing.
- Assists Door Person when needed.
- Consistently stays posted in approved area.
- Arrive promptly in response to guest’s request, if not within 5 minutes, guest is always notified of the delay. Bell person always uses discretion with guests and guest information.
To be successful as a Bell Person, you'll need:
- To Possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Have prior experience in a guest contact position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- To be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
