**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Assistant Director of Housekeeping** to join our team for a 400-room timeshare property in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, possesses strong leadership skills, and has at least 1 year of experience in a hotel housekeeping leadership role. This position offers tremendous growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support housekeeping team members, including room attendants, housepersons, and supervisors.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train and mentor team members to promote skill development and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a hotel or timeshare property.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management software is a plus.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

  • Salary Range: $68,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
