Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, computer literacy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Answer office phone- assist customer with online booking, schedule meetings and get contact info about service requests
- Update class schedule in commerce site
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Track orders, make certifications, email digital certs and mail to customers for completing the orders
- track employee milage and days worked for payroll periods. Ensure employees are filing documents correctly and submitting them to clients
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- Support organizational initiatives by coordinating events or special projects as needed.
