TurnPoint Search is partnering with a worldwide investment firm to hire a diligent and thoughtful HR Operations Associate. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and executing employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS (Workday), including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, employee data updates, etc.
- Ensuring all HR data in the system is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
- Helping coordinate employee perks.
- Assembling data reports from the HRIS as needed.
- Proactively resolving/responding to employee inquiries.
- Supporting the execution of HR projects aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing operational workflows.
- Participating in the development and refinement of internal HR processes and systems.
Candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least two years of work experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- A familiarity with HR systems, in particular with Workday, is preferred but not required.
This position pays a base salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. Compensation for this position also includes a discretionary bonus, the amount of which will be guaranteed in the first year of employment.
