TurnPoint Search is partnering with a rapidly growing tech start-up to hire a Lead Technical Recruiter to scale their engineering and product teams as they revolutionize the home health industry.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with CEO and hiring managers to understand the company's needs, design global recruitment strategies, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Source, engage, and assess top technical talent, including engineers, R&D, and product professionals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs, leveraging networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s mission and culture to attract top-tier candidates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruiting strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach.
- Strong understanding of product and engineering roles, and the ability to assess candidates’ skills effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability and urgency is key.

Position pays a base salary range of $120,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for equity.
