The role of the web content manager will be to create and manage all online content across the Turnwell Mental Health network including management and development of content for practice websites, blogs and email newsletters – not including social media. They will work closely with the sales, individual clinics and social media teams to build brand awareness and engage our audience. Experience in developing and executing campaigns that drive revenue growth or audience engagement along with basic coding skills to navigate and troubleshoot website issues is required.

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the organizations brand and goals with the ability to manage multiple brands across a network.
- Write, edit and publish content including page development for new service lines, optimization of current content and blog posts.
- Maintain and update websites ensuring functionality, responsiveness and optimization.
- Use of Google analytics and other tools to analyze user engagement, website traffic and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Audit sites to identify gaps and redundancies in the sites content as well as complete necessary updates as needed.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure consistency of messaging and optimization of content on the sites to align with marketing strategy.
- Optimize website content for SEO using best practices in keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO to improve visibility and ranking.
- Design and execute email campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Graphic design of assets for email campaigns, landing pages or other marketing materials including promotional items utilizing Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other programs.
