We will train you on all things claims, from how to review and process a claim to how to assess damage claims filed by Turo hosts and guests.You will learn about the car sharing marketplace and how we are supporting our hosts and guests by giving them best-in-class customer experience.

We will train you on all things claims, from how to review and process a claim to how to assess damage claims filed by Turo hosts and guests.You will learn about the car sharing marketplace and how we are supporting our hosts and guests by giving them best-in-class customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to hosts to gather information, inform the host of the protection plan chosen, and to advise of the cost of repairs. Answer inbound calls from hosts, understand the subject the host is contacting about, and move the file forward to completion following defined process steps.
- Resolve assigned tasks on designated claims, according to established process and procedure.
- Review non-complex claims for eligibility for contractual reimbursement
- Monitor and compare photographs to determine whether damages are trip related.
- Provide education to hosts regarding the claim process, including Turo protection plan requirements.
- Document claims files via template file notes and structured tasks.
- Work in team environment
- Attend meetings, huddles, 1x1 and training
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science within the last year (May 2024 - May 2025)
- Ability to start and complete our in-office training program beginning March 18th, 2025
- Stellar customer centricity, with excellent follow-through, attention to detail, multitasking, and strong time management skills
- Must be a team player, with positive attitude, high energy, high integrity, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a commitment to our mission
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow in a challenging and important area in operations
- Reside in the Greater Phoenix area. We are currently in a Hybrid work environment.
