Mechanical Designer - Los Angeles, CA
Team member will work closely with project managers, lead engineers, and clients on the mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) portion of projects to:
- Assist lead engineer in the preparation of mechanical designs and project deliverables
- Remain responsive
- Exceed client expectations
- Meet multi-disciplinary objectives
- Adhere to project budget and schedule requirements
- Provide support during the construction administration phase
Minimum Requirements:
- Mechanical systems design experience, including the production of project deliverables
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
- Proficient in Revit BIM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Etc.)
- Strong desire to work with team members and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct site investigations
Preferred:
- Interest in sustainable design practices and developing the firm’s sustainable marketability
- Participate in efforts to support an innovative and forward-thinking work environment
