We are currently looking for an Administrator qualified to run our community in the State of Idaho. Candidates must be professional, have proper licensing, excellent leadership and people skills and a passion for caring for the elderly. **Candidate must have a current Idaho Residential Care Facility Administrator License**
Job duties in this role are very broad, and are including, but not limited to; coordinating Resident care, hiring and managing care staff, community relations, reviewing policies and procedures and implementing them to ensure compliance. The candidate would be responsible for overseeing all areas of the community operation and would be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance. Several years of management experience is preferred, and again, a license is required.
The candidate must be self-motivated, driven to make a difference, has extreme attention to detail, compassionate, hardworking, and the ability to mentor others.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
