What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor/Foreman position at Turtle Infrastructure Partners, LLC?
We are searching for a Supervisor/Foreman who has the ability to multi-task and is willing to perform all facets of this role which can vary day-to-day. Our projects vary greatly and we are in need of someone with the skills, fortitude and willingness to get the job done on all levels. This position may require some labor work and someone who is willing to do more than just operate equipment.
Essential Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Guardrail knowledge with the ability to lead a crew to remove/install guardrail, attenuators, signage, and fencing.
- Equipment operator with ability to grade using a mini-excavator and/or skid steer.
- Knowledge of concrete flat work, pouring sidewalks, curbs and/or driveways.
- Maintain/repair functionality of slopes, shoulders, berms, culverts, and drains.
- Perform safe traffic control by set-up and removal of traffic control devices.
Skills Preferred
- CDL Class preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- MOT – Advanced Temporary Traffic Control certification. (Training Available)
