Overview
We are looking for a Golf Shop Attendant who is positive, energetic, and eager to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, and will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, check-in/check-out process, billing services to members/nonmembers, answering telephones, and processing reports. Individual must have customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries regarding golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring that all merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using retail math skills and ensure proper handling of cash and credit card payments.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various golf items.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
Available to work Tuesday-Sunday
