Job Description:
The Senior Director, Data Center Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing Turtle & Hughes' national data center strategy, driving demand with data center owners, developers, and contractors, and ensuring our branches are operationally prepared to support these projects. This includes:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with data center owners, developers, general contractors, and electrical contractors to position Turtle & Hughes as a trusted partner in the industry.
- Working closely with internal sales teams and leadership to develop targeted strategies that drive revenue growth in the data center sector.
- Collaborating with regional and branch leadership to ensure operational preparedness, including inventory planning, process optimization, and training initiatives tailored to data center projects.
- Developing and managing key vendor relationships to ensure product availability, pricing competitiveness, and alignment with data center project needs.
Requirements:
We seek a strategic leader with a passion for the data center industry and a drive for business growth. To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 10 years in the electrical distribution, data center, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership or business development role.
- A deep understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution, and electrical solutions.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
