The Senior Director, Data Center Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing Turtle & Hughes' national data center strategy, driving demand with data center owners, developers, and contractors, and ensuring our branches are operationally prepared to support these projects. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners, developing targeted strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with regional and branch leadership to ensure operational preparedness.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
