What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at TUSING BUILDERS?
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers and various departments to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate project communications and ensure all required permits and licenses are in place.
Assist in project planning by tracking budgets, managing job folders, and setting up electronic job files.
Support Project Managers with key tasks, including blueprint printing, subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and scheduling inspections. Maintain blueprint printers and facilitate necessary updates. Organize bid documents and project-related paperwork.
Oversee marketing efforts, including grand openings, social media postings, and professional job photos.
Help track field applicants, organize resumes, and schedule interviews.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project coordination or administrative support is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
Work with Teams is a big plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
