What Will You Do in This Role?
As an Admissions Concierge, you will be responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, completing admissions processes, and resolving resident concerns during their transition to the community. The Admissions Concierge is also responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance, as well as being the customer service champion.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- College degree preferred
- Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable
- Familiarity with long-term care and / or health care services preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
