Job Description
As a Regional Director of Operations at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our senior living communities in your assigned region. This includes managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A proven track record of success as a Regional Director or similar role in senior living settings
- Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management, business development, business accounting, budget processes, and nursing operations
- Ability to travel frequently, with occasional overnight stays
- Professional image and excellent written and oral communication skills
