Join our team as a tutor, and work with students in their homes around the Rogers area. We're looking for tutors with experience teaching high school or college-level accounting subjects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized one-on-one accounting tutoring sessions in the students' homes.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans to help students understand core accounting principles such as financial statements, bookkeeping, budgeting, and analysis.
• Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and improving practical problem-solving techniques in accounting.
• Track student progress and send regular feedback to parents through session reports (template provided).
• A background check is required at applicant's expense.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree or current college student (with a GPA of 3.2 or above in accounting or finance-related subjects).
• Experience tutoring or teaching accounting subjects is a big plus.
• Ideally, you live or work within a 30-minute commute of Rogers, AR.
• You’re organized, reliable, and show excellent communication skills.
• A background check, at the applicant’s expense, is required.
• A positive and patient attitude to help students build confidence in their accounting skills.
• In-person tutoring is most likely, but virtual tutoring is also an option.
