Are you passionate about Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of children? Our learning center is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Enrollment Director to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales & Direct Sales Focus: Engage directly with prospective families, guide them through the enrollment process, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with parents, students, and the local community.
- Service Sales: Leverage your experience in selling services to effectively communicate the value of our educational programs to families.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and care to families, ensuring their needs are met throughout their experience with us.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our educational team to understand the learning needs of students and align solutions with our programs.
Hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Proven success in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales or Direct Sales, especially in selling services.
- Strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Interest in working with children and families in an educational setting.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
