Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair small engine and vehicle issues.
- Maintain and service equipment, including sharpening blades, chains, and hedge trimmers.
- Oversee shop operations, including opening and closing routines, ensuring efficient daily functioning.
- Transport tools and equipment between crews and repair facilities as needed.
- Foster positive interactions with team members and provide exceptional relationship management.

Qualifications:
- Previous shop experience with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of small engines, Ford vehicles, and routine vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil changes, brake and tire repairs).
- Basic handyman skills and proficiency in math (measuring, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Competency with Office 365 for documenting equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability for nightly closing procedures, ensuring vehicles and equipment are secured, and the shop is locked.
