What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager position at TVGla?
TVGla is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our social team. We are looking for someone to manage our clients’ brand voice and image. In this role you will be responsible for managing our clients’ online presence across various social media platforms, including community management, asset scheduling and updating social profile elements. The ideal candidate stays up to date on best practices, emerging social channels and is on the pulse of social media trends in general.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule social content across social channels for various clients
- Work with internal team and clients to plan content across various social media platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to comments / DMs while fostering meaningful discussion
- Provide community feedback to clients and internal stakeholders
- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs i.e. sweepstakes / surprise & delights
- Identify new outreach opportunities i.e. hashtag scanning to expand brand reach
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of social media campaigns and optimize strategies
- Provide guidance to creative team on social posts from concept to final post production
- Manage monthly organic content calendars for FB, IG, X, and TT
- QA all social assets prior to scheduling
