Your Role and Responsibilities
- Be a part of the Customer Integrations team, serving as a subject matter expert to enable seamless integrations with TVH.
- Drive business growth through the integrated sales channel.
- Onboard and support customers and partners throughout their entire integration journey to ensure successful connections between their ERP or webshops and TVH's e-commerce systems.
- Identify and analyze client needs to enhance the integration platform and expand the standard offering.
- Evaluate ERP packages globally and explore new integration methods.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and foster long-term collaboration.
- Conduct and organize training sessions for clients and the sales organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues, offering guidance, motivation, and support on customer integrations.
