We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will have hands-on involvement in key digital marketing tactics such as SEO, paid media, and marketing automation, helping to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable business results. You'll play a key role in growing our customer base and guiding digital marketing activities for the Americas.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business & commercial objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies in order to drive relevant traffic towards our websites with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Manage search engine optimization efforts, ensuring visibility and engagement across relevant markets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social media channels, with a focus on maximizing performance and ROI.
- Use automation tools to nurture leads and streamline customer acquisition and retention workflows.
- Serve as the primary digital marketing contact for Americas leadership, ensuring strategies align with business objectives. Work closely with specialists on your team as well as regional marketing leads to adapt and regionalize strategies, guiding U.S.-based marketing teams in digital best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performances using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
