Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Activation Manager in Orlando or Miami to oversee all logistics related to our events. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless execution from planning through to completion, managing everything from orders and inventory to invoicing and on-site coordination.


Responsibilities


  • Activation Management: Oversee the planning, assembly, and preparation of activation kits, ensuring all materials are organized and ready for deployment.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage the transportation and delivery of activation materials to local and regional locations, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
  • Brand Ambassador Coordination: Recruit, book, and manage brand ambassadors for events, ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared to represent the brand effectively.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain a comprehensive activation calendar for clients, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory Oversight: Track and manage inventory levels for promotional materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is accounted for and readily available.
  • Procurement and Ordering: Handle purchasing for all event-related items, ensuring timely procurement while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and high-profile partners to ensure smooth operations and top-quality service delivery.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Monitor budgets, process invoices, and manage payments with accuracy, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • On-Site Supervision: Lead on-site activations, resolving challenges and ensuring a flawless guest experience.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, aligning expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and departments to align activation strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Conduct post-activation assessments, gathering feedback, analyzing outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data for activations, including client preferences, performance metrics, and event histories.

Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 USD

*Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
