About the Role We are currently seeking driven and motivated individuals for our Remote Benefits Agent Internship Program . This role is ideal for college students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in life insurance sales, leadership, and client engagement while working from home. As a Benefits Agent, you’ll : Use no-cost, warm leads generated from union members and their families to provide tailored insurance solutions. Work remotely using phone and video conferencing tools like Zoom. Assist clients in selecting life insurance and supplemental benefit programs that meet their needs. Receive hands-on virtual training and mentorship to develop skills in sales, leadership, and customer relationship management. This internship is a stepping stone to leadership , with the opportunity to advance to a team leadership role within 90 days based on your performance. Why Join Us?
