What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, or Restaurant Equipment Technician is preferred but not required
- A strong desire to learn about commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant equipment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work on-call upon advancement to a service technician role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
- A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
