Join TWCSI, a prominent leader in the HVAC / R / Kitchen equipment repair and maintenance industry, as we seek a full-time Business Development Executive!

In this dynamic role, you will spearhead the growth of our commercial HVAC and refrigeration sales and service solutions by developing new customer relationships. Your primary objective will be to meet annual sales goals while fostering the expansion of our planned maintenance and ice machine leasing agreements.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who can actively build a robust clientele through diligent prospecting and persistent follow-up. You will play a pivotal role in turning potential clients into confident buyers by crafting precise sales proposals, negotiating effectively, and closing deals successfully.

This exceptional opportunity offers a competitive base salary, complemented by uncapped commissions!

Requirements :

  • Previous outside sales experience is essential.
  • Flexibility to work hours accommodating client needs.
  • Self-directed with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to sell both 'value' and price.
  • Proficient in using sales management software tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Experience in HVAC / R / Kitchen Equipment is preferred.

Skills Required :

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize activities, allocate resources, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with superb communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor that reflects our core values and standards.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information, negotiating opportunities, and building customer relationships.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the mechanical contracting sector or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment to serve as a trusted consultant to clients.
