We're seeking a talented and charismatic Concierge to join our team at Beringer Vineyards. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional welcome experience that sets the tone for their entire visit. Your role will involve:
- Courteously greeting visitors and providing them with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Offering information about the tastings offered, tasting fees, and answering questions about the winery, family history, and surrounding area.
- Assisting guests in making reservations over the phone and directing calls within the tasting room.
- Actively monitoring the tasting room guest count and ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled efficiently and effectively.
