What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marina Dock Hand position at Tween Waters Island Resort?
Do you like to work outdoors? Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa on beautiful Captiva Island is looking to hire Marina Dockhands. Successful applicants will work as a member of the marina team, assisting guests in all aspects of using the facilities.
Previous boat experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the docking and undocking of vessels, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on marina equipment and facilities
- Conduct inspections of docks for safety compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to boaters and visitors
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized marina environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
