What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marina Dock Master position at Tween Waters Island Resort?
Tween Waters Island Resort on beautiful Captiva Island is looking to hire a Marina Dock Master. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Tween Waters Resort & Spa Marina and it's supporting facilities, include the retail outlet.
The successful candidate will be expected to conduct themself in a professional manner exhibiting the highest level of integrity at all times. They will be able to promote & maintain a positive work environment through good working relationships with customers, guests and co-workers, whilst emphasizing Sanibel-Captiva Beach Resort’s commitment to exceptional customer service. They will serve as an ambassador and protector of the brand, ensuring company culture is consistently demonstrated in all work locations.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Marina Dock Hand is required.

Pay: $58,656.00 per year
