Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record-keeping as needed.
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration with team members.
- Act as a personal assistant to executives when required, handling various administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
- A background in office management or customer support will be beneficial.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
