We are hiring for a Part-Time Technical Support Specialist. This is a long-term contract position working part-time for one of our clients. The client has 2 locations which you'll be supporting. The work hours are from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday working onsite at the Hayward location and traveling to main office in Dublin, CA to provide support as needed. Responsibilities :
- Perform desk-side support service to include hardware and software
- Manage workflow and service request through ticketing system
- Setup and Configuration of end user printers, desktop, chromebooks and laptop machines
- Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users to include staff and students
- Hardware and Software upgrades
- High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment
- Facilitates communication with Clients vendors in order to resolve issues
- System Administration to include staff and student accounts, email and phone systems
- Provide hardware break / fix support for laptops, chromebooks, printers, and classroom equipment
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Client and their end users
- Other duties as required and assigned
Requirements :
Job Type : Part-time (no health benefits currently for this position)
Pay : $20.00 per hour
Salary : $20
