ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
twenty2 wallpaper is a high end private label wallpaper and textile production company. We assist artists and designers in developing innovative digital wallpaper and textile collections and custom projects. We are known for our expertise, creativity, high level of customer service, exacting quality standards and on time delivery.
twenty2 is hiring for an Account Specialist role that will serve as the primary point of contact for their assigned partners, developing strong relationships and delivering solutions that align with partner needs. This role will oversee account performance and will be tasked with delivering a high-touch, high-quality partner experience, retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Manage a defined set of partner relationships, ensuring those accounts are serviced in a way that meets or exceeds sales targets, while achieving partner satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with our internal and external partners, functioning as a liaison between our partners and each of our departments.
- Handle a high volume of daily communication with partners via phone, email, and video conference with existing partners
- Work closely with the Partnerships Director & Coordinator to close new business opportunities and create a seamless transition into account servicing.
- Act as a senior point for partners, addressing escalations and maintaining trust and satisfaction.
- Work seamlessly with internal partners by being a point person for resolution of any customer concerns or friction points.
- Expertly communicate the intricacies and nuances of the wallpaper and textile development process, in order to act as a strategic consultant and help guide our partners.
- Establish long-term relationships with partners, understanding their needs and business goals to anticipate future opportunities.
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and events to strengthen partnerships.
- Provide regular feedback to the Account Operations Director to understand potential areas for process improvement.
- Maintain detailed partner notes in the company’s CRM.
- Provide support to your account team, including Order Status Management for top partners on a weekly basis and supporting order entry as needed.
- Support forecasting for each partner, track budgets and profitability for all accounts under your management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand services across accounts.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with client KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in:
- Leading a team
- Managing $5 million or greater in account business
- Growing account business by 25% or more
- Identifying and securing new account business
