Project Specialist

Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Project Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our client's content data projects and processes. From managing timelines to coordinating cross-functional teams, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual.

This is an onsite 6-month contract. The candidate must be in Los Angeles, CA, and work onsite three days a week. You must be based in the US and not hold an H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is up to $90.00 per hour. Benefits are available through Talent Table. There is no C2C.

What you will do:

• Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather necessary information and resources for projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
• Utilize project management tools and software to track progress and maintain project documentation.
• Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout project execution.
• Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project plans.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Oversee the progress of various projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Provide regular updates on project statuses.
• Act as a liaison between the Manager, crossover teams, and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Leverage project management tools and software to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Identify potential issues and bottlenecks in project workflows.
• 5 years of industry experience leading complex, cross-functional data projects across pre-production, production and/or post.
• Broad understanding of all phases of film and series production and emerging technology landscape.
• Strong organizational, analytical, clear communication and presentation skills.
