Our client in the industrial automation industry is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team in Littleton, CO. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week after an initial ramp-up period. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee all credit and accounts receivable activities in a high-transaction environment while supervising a team of eight. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in B2B accounts receivable within a high-volume setting that includes some systems automation. Accounts Receivable Manager (High Volume A/R Dept Exp. Req.) HYBRID Responsibilities
• Oversee & manage all credit and accounts receivable functions in a high-volume environment
• Meet collection goals while maintaining positive client relationships
• Create and distribute analytical reports on department position and metrics
• Lead monthly AR meetings with branch personnel to review aging accounts
• Train and develop team members on accounts receivable processes
• Assess customer creditworthiness and set credit limits
• Oversee order and customer hold releases
• Collaborate with external collection agencies and legal counsel as needed
• Review and recommend account write-offs to senior management
• Assist with customer account setup, cash application, reconciliations, & collections as needed
• Address and resolve branch issues related to payments or orders
Accounts Receivable Manager (High Volume A/R Dept Exp. Req.) HYBRID Qualifications
• 4 years of accounts receivable experience, including 2 years of management, is required
• B2B high volume A/R experience, including some level of automation, is required
• ERP experience is required
• Strong analysis skills and knowledge of credit laws is required
