Location: Roanoke, VA
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base Uncapped Commission (yr 1 OTE ~$80k)

Business Development / Customer Engagement / Field Sales Description

You'll spend 60% of your time prospecting new clients, 20% nurturing existing ones, and 20% checking in on service delivery. Business Development / Customer Engagement / Field Sales Responsibilities
• Prospect new customer accounts in assigned territory (w/in 1 hour radius of Roanoke)
• Manage customer accounts and relationships through job completion
• Quote jobs and create bids/estimates, and follow up as necessary to secure the deal
• Travel to customer job sites
• Advise customers on-site or during calls
• Follow jobs through the entire sales cycle (varies: 1 week to 1 year; avg. deal size is $10k)
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Work cross-functionally with team to meet expectations
• Stay up to date on product knowledge
Business Development / Customer Engagement / Field Sales Qualifications
• 2 years of B2B sales experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel locally required (Company Car Gas provided)
