Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base Uncapped Commission (yr 1 OTE ~$80k)

Customer Field Sales Associate (2 yrs B2B sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Prospect new customer accounts in assigned territory (w/in 1 hour radius of Roanoke)
• Manage customer accounts and relationships through job completion
• Follow through on the entire sales cycle (varies: 1 week to 1 year; avg. deal size is $10k)
• Work cross-functionally with the team to meet expectations
• Quote jobs and create bids/ estimates
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Advise customers on-site or during calls
• Travel to customer job sites
• Upsell customers wherever necessary for a complete job
• Follow up with customers, nurturing as necessary to secure the deal
Customer Field Sales Associate (2 yrs B2B sales exp. req.) Qualifications
• 2 years of B2B Sales experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Ability to travel locally required (Company Car Gas provided)
