Reporting to their Director of Operations, you’ll oversee all HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and performance management for their company (<100 company-wide). Although most of your time will be spent on day-to-day tasks, they’re looking for someone with a growth-mindset who would be excited to support (and recommend) strategic initiatives that strengthen talent retention and operational efficiency. Someone who can remove roadblocks through clear and concise direction that leads to cohesion and consistency across each layer within the organization. You’ll benefit from working in a modern manufacturing environment that leverages new technologies to work smarter, not harder.
