Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 Profit Sharing Bonus Potential

Our client, a leading HVAC duct manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of 4 and overseeing the daily operations of the customer service, inside sales, and programming departments. Your goal is to ensure seamless, timely, and accurate service that consistently exceeds expectations. You will serve as the central hub for communication between internal departments and customers.

Customer Service Manager (HVAC Ductwork exp req) Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of CSRs, inside sales, and programming teams
• Review and prioritize quotes and ensure timely follow-up
• Ensure accurate order processing and shop schedule alignment
• Oversee quality control and resolve customer delivery issues
• Coordinate with shop, sales, shipping, and foremen to resolve delays
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement efforts
• Lead and participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Act as point of contact between internal teams and customers
• Ensure SOPs are followed and orders entered accurately in Epicor
• Promote a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability
Customer Service Manager (HVAC Ductwork exp req) Qualifications
• 5 years of HVAC Duct manufacturing or install/assembly experience required
• 2 years of leadership experience required
• ERP system experience required
• Basic Excel skills required
• Knowledge of SMACNA standards required
