Project Manager – Aviation Construction

Project Manager Description

Project Manager Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate construction projects
• Be the main point of contact and work directly with clients, to ensure that their needs are met
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, change orders, and any potential issues
• Build trusting, mutually respectful long-term relationships
• Support company growth by assisting with business development opportunities
Project Manager Qualifications
• 5 years of commercial construction experience required
• Experience as a General Contractor or a Subcontractor required
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude required
• Strong understanding of contracts, change orders, and site coordination required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
