This on-site role is based at their headquarters, located about 25 miles south of Asheville, NC. As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee the full accounting cycle, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in cost accounting, tracking and analyzing production-related expenses, and providing financial insights and guidance to the Company President. Senior Accountant (Manufacturing Industry exp req) Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the entire accounting process
• Execute and maintain cost accounting functions
• Create and monitor cash flow forecasts
• Develop and manage the annual financial budget
• Conduct cost evaluations and financial forecasting
• Complete month-end close activities and reporting
• Prepare weekly reports on project costs and overdue tasks
• Offer financial insights and support to the President and CFO
Senior Accountant (Manufacturing Industry exp req) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5 years of corporate accounting experience within the manufacturing industry required
• Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards required
• Proficient in accounting software required
