Sr. Survey Technician – Project Coordinator
Location: San Antonio, TX (near Leon Valley)
Salary: $75,000-$95,000 (paid hourly) Bonus Potential

Sr. Survey Technician – Project Coordinator (CAD & surveying exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Support projects utilizing Civil 3D and other software platforms
• Oversee survey data production and processing
• Perform initial QA/QC evaluations of field notes, CAD files, and survey data
• Track project progress to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards
• Work with survey leadership to create field and technician schedules
• Help refine workflow and QA/QC processes for enhanced efficiency and precision
• Mentor staff and assist survey leadership in training initiatives
• Discuss ideas to optimize workflow and ensure project deliverables
Sr. Survey Technician – Project Coordinator (CAD & surveying exp. req.) Qualifications
• 4 years of experience using Civil 3D required
• Strong surveying background required
• Well-versed with field note reduction required
