Responsibilities
• Wash and put away flatware, glassware, china, etc.
• Assist in various BOH tasks.
• Basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Stocking and emptying garbage and recycling bins.
• Reporting any equipment issues to the BOH management team.
Standards of Performance
• Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar.
• Employees with irregular attendance may be subject to disciplinary action.
