Monday to Thursday 5am - 3:30pm

Twin City EDM is a World Class Precision Machining & Manufacturing for the Medical and Industrial Industry. TCEDM is a family-owned business with a customer focus from prototype to production since 1959. We are looking for a technologically and detail-minded individual to add to our growing team. We focus on precision, not high volume. You will be given the opportunity to learn and grow in your role.

What you will do:

You will lead the QA flow of production, ensuring quality of parts, and helping with the workflow of inspectors. You will help check parts each day and lead by example. You will work with the production control manager and the QA manager to ensure timely inspection of parts. You will work with the department leads to ensure parts flow in and out of the QA lab in an efficient manner. You will support receiving of customer parts, ensuring quality and quantity and help route on the manufacturing floor. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow your skills in a team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in inspection/ manufacturing environment, preferably in a lead role.
• High level of communication, ability to prioritize incoming work and adjust on the fly.
• GD and T print reading.
• Proficient use of hand tools and a microscope.
• High School Diploma/ GED.
• A self-starter who is detail oriented and willing to learn/ take on additional tasks.
• Experience programming CMM/ OGP/ Equipment is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
