Job Overview
TCH is continuing to grow our Service Team and we are in search of advanced skills. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Integrated Access Systems (IAS) Team ; this department performs installs of low voltage electronic circuits and systems for our customers in the Twin Cities area. This position requires great organization and communication skills to be able to coordinate installation and service calls with IAS/ Field Service Technicians to provide a smooth schedule of project completion.
Essential Job Functions
- Assign Technicians (or teams) to projects based on experience level and project difficulty
- Facilitate training from senior techs and vendors to apprentice techs
- Coordinate with subcontractors for proper scheduling of our technicians
- Update job progress and track labor hours in varied computer systems
- Visits to job sites as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks for effective time management
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to read and understand TCH paperwork
- Basic understanding of MBC
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team (both verbal and non-verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills in a Windows environment
Working Conditions
Office environment requiring extended periods of sitting and computer work. May require visits to Warehouse or job sites subject to temperature changes and use of PPE.
