Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of goods, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the production team to maintain smooth operations, show eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately fulfill and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Generate and verify shipping documents.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock audits.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and logistics carriers.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime and any schedule that management deems necessary to maintain production
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, and outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to work fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
